Shipping Policy

Fireside Co. is preparing its first beanie collection. When it launches, each beanie will be produced on demand by a fulfillment partner after an order is placed.

Production and delivery

Because products are made to order, production happens before transit. Most print-on-demand orders commonly require a few business days for production, followed by carrier transit time. The final production and delivery estimate for your address will be shown clearly before checkout.

We do not promise a delivery date before our supplier connection and shipping service are finalized. During peak holiday periods, production and carrier delivery may take longer.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold will be displayed in the cart and at checkout once the collection is live. We will not add surprise shipping charges after you place an order.

Tracking and delivery questions

When tracking is available from our fulfillment partner, it will be shared with your order updates. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, our support contact will be published here before sales begin.
