We want every Fireside Co. order to feel like a thoughtful, straightforward purchase. Our first collection is preparing for launch, and the final return instructions and support contact will be published before checkout is enabled.

Made-to-order products

Our beanies are produced on demand by a fulfillment partner. This does not change your right to contact us if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue.

Before launch

We will publish the final return window, return address process, and refund timing before the collection is available to purchase. We will not hide those details in checkout or claim a return promise that has not been finalized.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect once sales are live, please contact our published support channel with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and work toward a fair resolution.
